Mystery Shopping in Kentucky, and Across the World

Where does Measure Consumer Perspectives mystery shop?  We are a mystery shopping provider, and we are headquartered in Kentucky.  Of course this means we can and do mystery shop in Kentucky.  We provide secret shopping programs for businesses all across the state of Kentucky. Our Kentucky mystery shopping clients include restaurants, retail, fast food, business-to-business, property management companies, senior housing firms, market research and advertising agencies.

However, we are not limited to mystery shopping in Kentucky.  Because of the internet, our sophisticated databases, and large number of shoppers, we can and do mystery shop anywhere our clients ask us to.  Our clients are headquartered across the United States, and in fact the world.  Our executive team resides at our headquarters in Louisville, Ky. However, we have satellite offices in The Woodlands, TX. and London.  Why?  So that we can facilitate that face-to-face time that our clients have come to expect from us.

We regularly design national and international mystery shopping programs for our clients.  In fact, in this global economy, we have seen many of our clients expand their operations overseas.  They expect us, as their mystery shopping partner, to be able to follow suit.  And we do.  We have the resources, capabilities and infrastructure in place to accommodate those global secret shopping requests.  All this from a secret shopping firm in Louisville, Ky. Another benefit that we have by being in Kentucky (besides Mid-Western pricing)?  The Kentucky Derby.  Every year, we bring clients in so that they can experience a little bit of what the The Bluegrass State has to offer.

There is one place that we do not shop.  Regretfully, we have yet to find any mystery shoppers on the Death Star. That’s ok. From what I understand, they don’t have bourbon.
