Jody Patterson
Account Services
Jody joined Measure in February 2008. She is responsible for day-to-day account services, including paying shoppers on the 15th of every month and herding the staff. She also brings valuable medical insight to Measure’s healthcare clientele. Prior to joining Measure’s team, Jody served as Business Manager for a Louisville plastic surgeon. She has also held marketing and managerial positions with a large group ophthalmology practice, University of Louisville School of Medicine, and East Carolina University School of Medicine.
Jody graduated from East Carolina University with degrees in Music and Business Administration. She is an avid bicyclist, and has ridden in many century races. She also owns a horse that she occasionally rents out for rides. She adores chocolate and Indian food, she is the mother of a feline that isn’t hers, and occasionally kills office plants.
Dustin Thompson
Scheduling Director
Dustin is incredibly shy, proving to be fairly un-interviewable. An avid gamer, Dustin has retail background with extensive experience in retail management. He is an expert in facilitating issues.
Dustin has developed an extreme interest in tattoos, and is recently engaged… Congrats Dustin!
Julie Raque
Director of Editing
Julie Raque comes to Measure CP from a background in…uh…well, almost everything. In her words, she knows a little about a lot! Specifically, she spent a good deal of time in academia, non-profit development and database management.
Julie loves writing and appreciates those with a command of the English language. She is a stickler for accuracy and a grammar freak. She is an avid fan of the use of periods and not averse to commas either. Short, Mark Twain-esque sentences absolutely thrill her. Besides editing for grammar and consistency, she amuses herself by overseeing the audio and video portions of shops.
Julie shares her home with four, furry companions and loves exercise, art, music and peanut M&Ms.
Amy Robertson
Scheduler
Amy has worked for Kim since November, and has since become a computer expert. Although she is a scheduler, she does not answer her phone… Perhaps it’s easier to get in touch with her via email? Amy is the mother of two and a grandmother to 1. She loves pasta and reading, although she does not have a favorite book.
In her past, she has cleaned houses and was a manager for Subway for 11 years. Her favorite Subway sandwich? Definitely the Subway Melt!
Kiki McDonald
Director of Client Services
Kiki does a wonderful job serving our loyal clients day in and day out. Her patience and positive personality must be derived from her mothering experience, as she is a terrific mom to Finn (10) and Mei (7). Kiki has been working for Measure since September of 2010, and she can’t get enough of Kimberly’s humor. In her spare time, Kiki loves painting and creating collages, and she’s good at it, too (she has a Fine Arts degree)! Kiki enjoys tiny monkeys, and googling “freaky people.”
Barbara Wray
Director of Shopper Services
A jack of all trades, no one in the office is quite sure of Barbara’s title… so she created it! Barbara loves to read–or to weed? She is a mother of two and a grandmother of 4, living in both Louisville and Tennessee. Barbara loves all vegetables, except fish, and is a HUGE Willie Nelson fan. On March 22nd, she got to fulfill her greatest fantasy–this is the day she got to meet Mr. Nelson.

Donnie Peacher
Scheduling Director
Donnie Peacher has been on 21 cruises as a stowaway in his lifetime, and loves to boat and ski. He takes his parents to the casino every Wednesday, and while he always has cookies in his desk drawers, he is in desperate need of snausages. In his time away from work, Donnie loves seeing drive-in movies in Georgetown. In fact, he has an annual pass and brings his own stereo boom box.
Robin Luchko
Scheduling Director
Robin has worked for Kimberly and Measure Consumer Perspectives for several years now. She has also been a ghost hunter, along with her husband, for 17 years. She’s even found ghosts before, in Pennsylvania!
Robin loves pizza so much that once she fell asleep in it. She lives in an old church.
Tommi Fritz
Scheduler
With Measure for about 7 months, Tommi is known as “Scheduling Heavy.” Whenever a difficult shopper calls in, she handles the situation. Tommi is both a Bee Gees fan and a Star Wars fan. She has met Richard Simmons twice, has published a book anonymously, and is a collector of fainting goats.
