Kimberly Nasief-Westergren
President & Founder

Kimberly founded her first mystery shopping and consumer research firm in 2001 and has grown to become this region’s most experienced mystery shopping industry professional, as well as an industry thought leader in customer experience management and social media. Prior to her entrepreneurship, Kimberly’s career in advertising sparked an observation that positive consumer experiences—not advertising—are what ultimately lead to valuable repeat business for a company.

Kimberly founded Measure CP  to provide clients with only the most cutting-edge consumer insight. Incorporating the science of social anthropology with market research and social technology form the basis of Kimberly’s company. Under her guidance, her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and interest groups. Category experience includes multi-family housing, senior housing, financial services, insurance, fine dining, retail outlets, ad agencies, and market research firms.

Kimberly is a Centre College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology. Her studies in anthropology, contemporary cultural trends, and tourism led her to pursue the career she loves. She is civically-minded and believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works. Kimberly was named a finalist in the 2006 NAWBO Woman Business Owner of the Year program; a 2007 Today’s Woman Way to Go Woman winner; a 2009 40 under 40 recipient; and a graduate of Focus Louisville, Ignite Louisville, and Leadership Louisville. She is put up with by her amazing husband, darling daughter, and new son, as well as her co-workers. She has an affinity for sock monkeys, and is a lover of social networking. She can be found online talking with other professionals and business owners about all things customer service.

Kent Oyler
Chairman

Kent Oyler is a serial entrepreneur, having so far started 18 distinct business ventures. After graduating with a marketing degree and an MBA, Kent managed an in-house ad agency at a large manufacturing company. He later spearheaded sales for operations as diverse as aftermarket boilers, heavy duty rail cars, equipment leasing, financial consulting, and broadband Internet. Importantly, he aced his college statistics, marketing and planning classes (he did not fare as well in art history).

Between making coffee for Kimberly and providing the business structure and financing for Measure, Kent serves on a dozen civic boards and committees including United Way of America, YPO/WPO, The Enterprise Corp, and the University of Louisville Board of Overseers. He also serves as the Mayor’s Liaison for Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital. Along the way, he has accumulated a list of recognitions including: E&Y Master Entrepreneur of the Year, GLI Small Business Leader of the Year, CASHFLOW magazine’s Treasurer of the Year, INC 500 listing, YPO Legacy Award, and UL CBPA Distinguished Alumni.

Kent enjoys running, skiing, entertaining, and building businesses. He lives in a tidy brick house in the suburbs with his original wife and 3 daughters.

Chuck Woods
Chief Financial Officer

Chuck Woods is a numbers man, and sees the world in numerical shades of black and white. He is a 1981 graduate of the University of Louisville’s School of Business. He acts as the CFO for Measure, and also serves on the board of directors for various for-profit companies. Budget and cash forecast modeling, in addition to financial statement design, preparation and analysis are his specialties. At night, he sleeps on spreadsheets.

In his previous life, he was Chief Financial Officer for Grant Homes, a large regional homebuilder based in California. Chuck’s experience also includes ten years as Accounting Manager and Regional Controller for General Homes Corporation, a large Texas-based builder of single-family homes. When not crunching numbers, Chuck enjoys singing, traveling and playing with his grandchildren.
