Kimberly Nasief-Westergren
President and Founder

Kimberly founded her first mystery shopping and consumer research firm in 2001 and has grown to become this region's most experienced mystery shopping industry professional. Prior to her entrepreneurship, Kimberly's career in advertising sparked an observation that positive consumer experiences--not advertising--are what ultimately lead to valuable repeat business for a company.

Kimberly founded Measure with a drive to provide clients with only the most cutting-edge consumer insight. Incorporating the science of social anthropology with market research and social technology form the basis of Kimberly's company. Kimberly's client experiences range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and interest groups. Category experience includes multi-family housing, senior housing, financial services, insurance, fine dining, retail outlets, ad agencies, and market research firms.

Kimberly is a Centre College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology. Her studies in anthropology, contemporary cultural trends, and tourism led her to pursue the career she loves. She is civically-minded and believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works. Kimberly was named a finalist in the 2006 NAWBO Woman Business Owner of the Year program; a 2007 Today's Woman Way to Go Woman winner; a 2009 40 under 40 recipient; and a graduate of Focus Louisville, Ignite Louisville, and Leadership Louisville. She is put up with by her amazing husband and darling daughter, as well as her co-workers. She has an affinity for sock monkeys, and is a lover of social networking. She can be found online dialoguing about all things customer service.

Julie Raque
Director of Quality Assurance

Julie Raque comes to Measure from a background in...uh...well, almost everything. In her words, she knows a little about a lot! Specifically, she spent a good deal of time in non-profit development and database management. Most recently, she completed four years at the University of Louisville and is always involved in some artistic endeavor. When she's not at Measure, you will often find Julie at Sister Dragonfly Gallery working for her sister.

Julie loves writing and appreciates those with a command of the English language. She is a stickler for accuracy and a grammar freak. She is an avid fan of the use of periods and not averse to commas, either. If you're a shopper, make it easy on yourself and use period--a lot! Short, Mark Twain-esque sentences absolutely thrill her.

Julie shares her Old Louisville apartment with furry companions and loves animals insanely. She also loves art and music, so Measure's new home at The Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center is a real bonus. In her own words, she thinks her boss and coworkers "totally rock" and could not be happier working for Measure.
