We provide mystery shopping for the assisted living, retirement home and senior living industries. Measure sends our mystery shoppers into properties posing as potential residents or caretakers of potential residents. We often begin with a pre-call to the facility to evaluate the staff’s knowledge, apptitude and sales efforts. During this pre-call, the shopper will note actions such as friendliness, compassion, general medical familiarity, offers to visit the property or to make an appointment, and the collection of the caller’s contact information.
During an on-site visit, the shopper will evaluate all requested experiences including the introduction, tour, property cleanliness, and staff ability to explain application and financial terms. An important element in the senior housing industry is the patient’s needs analysis to determine correct placement in appropriate facilities. Insurance, as well as financial planning should be discussed; both items which the shopper will take note of.
Post-visit concerns such as follow-up calls are also be monitored.
