We offer four levels of our QSR mystery shopping service: traditional mystery shops, audio-recorded mystery shops, audio-recorded phone calls, and video-recorded mystery shops.
QSR Brand Audits
Brand audits measure the restaurant location’s success in implementing brand standards. Whether this means the counter staff greeting all customers with the same wording, staff wearing uniforms appropriately, or how the menu and pricing are displayed; your brand sets rules for a reason. Consistency is important, especially with multiple location fast food restaurants. We also make sure proper signage is in place and that the right specials are being honored.
QSR Brand Reputation Monitoring
Customer complaints and employee antics via social media can directly affect a brand’s reputation. You only have to read stories about other brands that have come under attack, both from customers and rogue employees.
