Measure CP is a global mystery shopping company working with businesses to make sure that good customer service and positive brand experiences are being delivered, that products are displayed correctly, and that the service experience is identical at all locations. We specialize in customer experience management, and help our clients understand how to provide good customer relations.
How You Help:
This is where our mystery shoppers and auditors come in. If you work with us as a mystery shopper, you would help us answer questions like these: Was it a good experience? Bad experience? Were the employees helpful? Could they answer your questions? Was the signage at eye level? Were you carded when you purchased alcohol? Were associates dressed professionally? Did they try to “close-the-deal?” Were employees texting…These are just some of the things that our evaluators look for.
What You Get:
You will get paid, reimbursed, or paid and reimbursed for your efforts. Each assignment that is offered to you will have a compensation structure clearly outlined for you!
What We Do:
We help businesses understand what is happening inside the four walls of their locations. Here are some examples of how we might work with businesses:
Consider an electronics store like Radio Shack. That company wants to know that their employees provide good service, and are knowledgeable about products. Verizon sells products in Radio Shack. They may want to know how Radio Shack’s employees position their products in comparison to their competitors. A mystery shopper would visit the Radio Shack as a customer, make a purchase, and then rate the level of service and care they received.
Or Dairy Queen: every month, they come out with a new Blizzard. Dairy Queen might use a mystery shopping firm such as ours to make sure that the Blizzard promotion is current, and that all signs are advertising the correct price. They may want to know wait times in the drive-thru, or temperatures of the hamburgers. They may just want to know if their employees are friendly and up-selling you. A mystery shopper will make sure the new signage is in place, and that the restaurants are making the new flavors properly.
